Re-Introducing myself.

I previously registered on here under MarkyMark. I closed the e-mail account that was linked to this user. Can an Admin please delete the MarkyMark account.

However I've been viewing the forum as a guest and it's nice to see alot of people going through the same things as me.

Im 4 and 1/2 lbs away from goal. In total I've lost 52lbs. I did this by calorie counting and alot of exercise, I did try the gym and at one time but hardly lost anything. I cycled my way through this weight loss period. Thankyou for reading.
