Re-joining Weigh Loss...

#1
Was just wondering...

When i first did the plan this time last year i lost 6lb's in my first week. (Yayy.)

But i'm back on plan this week and due for a WI tomorrow night, now i know i shouldn't weigh myself before group and blah blah but i gave into temptation and my friends 'super-duper amazo' scales say i haven't lost anything...
Now all i can hope is that all scales are different...

But it did make me wonder, have any of you done the plan, lost weight, gone off plan, put on weight and then had not so fantastic results in your first week back as you did in the first week you started...?

I'm just lookng for reasons cause i've done everything right and exercised and a little down about it..

xxxxxx

I never weigh myself outside class, I just get too obsessive about it. Our bodies aren't always predictable. There are lots of factors that can help or hinder weight loss and these can change from one week to the next.

Also, weighing on different scales is always going to show inaccurate results. Weighing on the same scale will show you the real result of your week. So just be patient and wait to see how you've done.

I did slimming world several years ago, and have just started it again just over 4 weeks ago. I lost 3lbs in the first week. So it is possible to have another good loss the second time round. I didn't feel any different so was very pleased when the scales showed such a good result.
