Re Start. Day 1 (after 3wks off)


its nrly lunch time and i havent given in, i know ill feel so much better in the morning if i stick to it today.....and so on and so on!

heres to the next 100 days (already dopne 100, and lost nrly 4stone):)

If i can do it anyone can lol. Just remember that the first few days are like climbing a wall as they say in LL. If you lose your grip those first few days you will slide all the way down but then very soon you will be at the top again and it will feel fantastic.
