Re-Start...for the 50th time! :)

So I'm eventually gathering up the motivation to properly attack the SW plan again...after a three/four month hiatus. Long story short, I enjoyed my summer and slipped so badly that my dress size-which had moved from 20/22 to 14/16, is now a v tight 16...in truth it's more like an 18. So I'm back giving it a good go to regain a bit if control before Christmas, setting up good habits then for the new year. Here goes!!

BREAKFAST 1 boiled egg I slice of nimble 1 dairylea triangle 6 cherry toms Mug of green tea
LUNCH Mugshot, banana, Shape yoghurt
DINNER - spaghetti bolognaise, jelly

Syns -
Munchies- 6
Bun - 5

Not a bad start-green tea for rest of the night :)
