After many false starts I am now more determined than every to loose this weight. I want to feel comfortable in the summer, not hiding under baggy tops and leggings.
I have had my first weigh in today and have lost 7lb. Hopefully the start of many more to come off.
I first did lipotrim in 2009 and lost 5 stone, of which I have now put 4 back on :-( I never re-fed properly and went straight on an all inclusive holiday :-/ I never returned to lipotrim when I got back.
With big regrets I am now focused on doing it the right way - aiming to loose another 3 stone after today, re-feeding, then moving onto slimming world to re-educate me in eating.
Hopefully this time I can keep the weight off and have a healthy lifestyle
My determination has led me to this site where I hope that I can be part of a support network. Having read your previous posts I am confident that this site is the support I need. I just hope that I can be of help to some of you too
