Day 755 - Monday 25th May 2020
B - 2x spécial K bars
L - chicken salad with mayo & crusty roll
D - A piece of chicken
S - banana, apple, pkt cheese puffs
F - 2 black coffee, 2 black tea
E -12,000 steps
Every day I find something new that needs doing. Today, I decided to look in the loft & found loads of toys & other rubbish left by previous tenants. Advertised them for free - this nice lady came & took all the toys. A couple of other people were supposed to come for other things but didn't bother to turn up - hate people doing that.
Considering, I have had a successful day.
Hopefully, in the morning, I take rest of the rubbish to the tip - charity shops are not open to donate.

D - 2 pieces of chicken
S - Apple, 2 caramel & peanut bars - funny day, I wanted something sweet, handful of cashews.
F - Black coffee, lemon Fanta (got too thirsty after pasty)
E - 9,000 steps.

It was so delicious. I even eat the pastry except the tick edged.
I was carrying it down the road & all of sudden got attacked by 2 seagulls - didn't why & a couple of people told that seagulls must be hungry. It was very scary.

Oh my goodnes, that's awful. Are you okay? We get that quite a lot down here. It is really scary. Make sure you do something nice for yourself after that. Nasty seagulls.

Day 757 - Wednesday 27th May 2020
B - Banana, rhubarb yogurt
L - Pastrami
D - Salami roll salad - hopefully last one for a while. I love it but think I need some home cooked meals.
S - Handful of cashews - my favourites, strawberries & pomegranate, caramel & peanut bar
F - 5 Black coffee
E - 7,300 steps. Finally got out myself out and completed my walk for the day.
Looked in the mirror & thought I look small - suppose I am coming to terms with being slimmer. Also noticed I looked shorter. Is that my imagination?!.

Day 759 - Friday 29th May 2020
Today, I felt absolutely shattered & didn't want to go out. However, had to do some shopping & avoid the crowds during weekend.
No housework today but will start tomorrow.
Have a long list of projects. Well will tackle each one by one.
Really craved watermelon but worked out too expensive in Lidl & local greengrocer didn't have any. Bought some strawberries, apricot & ruhbarb.
B - Mango
L - Bacon sandwich with brown sauce
D - Pasta with home made sauce (garlic, onion, olive oil, tomatoes and olives, chili). Had some tomatoes that were going over so I decided to make my own pasta sauce to use a couple of times. I am sure I can use it with meat and chicken too.
S - Apricot, 4tsp rhubarb & Strawberry jam with 0% Greek yogurt
F - 2 Black coffee, Iced tea (was not worth 5 syns, so I decided to make my own squash when I made jam)
E - 8,000 steps - not bad for someone who had decided to have a chill day
Spent most of early evening making various things - Rhubarb & Strawberry jam, squash (rather spend syns on home made stuff), pasta sauce, chili oil. When I spend time to do some cooking, it is my thinking time. I feel good now.

That curry must of been well satisfying looks delicious! Is that spinnach based?

I think I might set a day and make up a curry or order one in for the family at somepoint but not sure when ha.
The curry is herb based - parsley, spinach, spring onions and lamb. It is my favourite but I didn't enjoy it as I was really tired.

Found delicious looking watermelon in Lidl but they worked out to ber over £5 which is fairly expensive as you can get them cheaper elsewhere so I might stop the greengrocer down the road on my way back from my walk.

I love lamb in curry 🥰
I also tried looking up where to find some nice watermelon, and apparently there is a Turkish shop up the town that sells really nice ones imported, but they are really expensive, but they are huge and really sweet from what people are saying.

As much as I love Turkish watermelon I think I will pass on the price lol

The herb mixture comes in a can and then you mix it with lamb and few other things. I am going to get a couple of cans from International shop on Monday (too far from my place so I go there when I am on that side of town) and make curry and freeze. I will put up the receipe so you can make it if you wish.

Yes I would not buy from Turkish shop either (although those watermelons are sooo delicious) as it works out very expensive.

I bought some English strawberries - I like them as they are small and sweet. I used it for the jam and have enough left for breakfast. Might look to see if the greengrocer has more.
