Reaching Target in 2020

Day 742 - Saturday 16th May 2020
B - Cottage cheese, Nectarine, bluberries
L - Corned beef, mayo & salad on crisp breads
D -
S - Strawberry
F - 4 black hazelnut coffee
E - No walking today but might go out later on. If not I do extra tomorrow.
Planning to stay in bed longer tomorrow as I have not been sleeping well again.
I had a lie in today on account of being under the weather and feel a lot better for it! Hope yours does the trick tomorrow x
 
Day 748 - Monday 18th May 2020
L - chicken breast pieces, Cornish pasty - didn't eat pastry. Give it to the sea gulls. There was 2 small pieces of meat & few bits if onion & potato.
D - Ham rolls
S - banana, melon, cheese puffs
F - 2 black hazelnut coffee, 1L water
E - 9,000 steps

Day 750 - Wednesday 20th May 2020
L - BLT sandwich. It was soggy but had to eat as after walking 5 miles in the sun, I felt faint.
D - Whole grains & rice with tuna & mayo. Nothing else in the house
S - 2pkt cheese puffs, pineapple ( it was refreshing after long walk)
F - 2 black hazelnut coffee, 2 black tea, 1L water
E - 13,000 steps

Day 751 - Thursday 21st May 2020
B - Salami, cheese & salad sandwich - was starving
L -Pineapple
D - 2 more sandwiches - nothing else in the house
S - mango, pkt cheese puffs
F - 4 black hazelnut coffee, black tea
E - 1,100 steps. Had to wait in for workmen.

Yes I am missing my WIs too. Either I have put in loads or lost. My eating is so erratic at that the moment. Some days, I have so much to deal with that I don't have time to eat & other days I just stuff my face with whatever I find in the cupboard.

I’m going ok just in abit of pain from hiking today
My good knee is sore because I guess I’ve been putting a lot of pressure on that whilst going down. Really uneven steep declines.

haven’t pushed myself that hard in a long time.
Don’t know if I should let it completely heal which could take weeks or just keep walking instead of the hill walking. I dread to think how bad these pains are going to be tommrow lol 😂

Don't get too wrapped up in it for now. You know very well by now how to make the best decision for your wellbeing and how to make the best decision for your weight loss. We all know they are 2 very different things! Just don't worry about your food right now. It's going to be limited as to how much you can choose what you have to eat so just go with it. You're doing awesome! 😁👍and you look fantastic 👌

L - Cheese salad sandwich
D - Tuna mayo sandwich
S - Mango, 2 pkts cheese puffs, cereal bar
F - 2 black hazelnut coffee, 4 black tea
E - 3,300 steps
Decided that I am going to have a ready meal tomorrow - perhaps a curry or something.
From time to time I fancy a pizza & then I forgot about a few minutes later. Might have one in a week or so if I remember - haha

Might be wise to go in flat walks until you knee heal. No point putting pressure on it.

Hopefully, next week this time it all sorted & I can relax.
Last time, my parents were moving I lost a stone in a week - how I don't know. However, I don't believe that would be the case this time. The only thing I want is that it is over soon & my sleepless night & headaches vanish.
 
Day 753 - Saturday 23rd May 2020
It was a hungry day today and nothing tasted. Didn't want to have lunch if I didn't then I would start picking.
B - soft cheese & ham roll, rhubarb yogurt
L - Ham, salad & may roll
D - shop bought chicken curry, rice & salad - it was ok but hopefully next week this time, I will be eating one of my own creation or that pizza I keep thinking about - haha
S - Caramel & peanut bar
F - Black white choc & raspberry coffee (didn't like it), hazelnut coffee, 5 black tea
E - 9,000 steps. Walking wasn't on the agenda as it was too wind & I wanted to finish all niggly bits. Managed to finish everything & wind subsided so went for a walk - glad I did as feel better for it.

Thank you. I am proud of my achievements - hard work but it is worth it. Never had a body like this before & intend to keep it.
