B -Porridge (ginger, dried fruit, 1/2 banana, oats, tbs butter) and sprinkled with seeds
L - Jacket potato with beans, tomato and cheese
D - Rye bread with cheese and jam, 3 big handful of chocolate pillow cereal (not a good choice)
S - Cue, kiwi
F - 3 Black coffee, 2 Black tea, 3 herbal tea
E - 1 hr body tone, 2,500 steps
My eating has not been very good today as I have been busy.

Doing good this week and finally had a proper loss after about 8 weeks of nothing.

Well done. On the positive side, it is maintaining so it is good.

Our body so funny. When it decides not to lose, no matter what you do, the weight will not shift. Sometimes, I feel that harder I try the less weight I lose.

The main thing is to stay positive and stress less so the body can relax and lose the extra pounds in its own time and term - haha

L - Spare ribs, piece of breaded chicken with sauce, sweet potato discs, small piece of pizza, 3 spanish patties, salad, small piece of apple pie and tbs trifle
D - Pretzel & braed roll (did not really need it but for some reason bought on the way home)
S - Nectarine, apricots
F - Black tea, glass of wine, 2 glasses water, fresh orange juice
E -6, 500 steps
Eating has not been good for the last couple of days but it will be better from now.

It seems, I am getting my mojo back since I stopped stressing about the weight.

Today, I was on the step ladder changing a light bulb and got a glimpse of myself in the wardrobe mirror and could not believe how slim I look - I know most of the time, I don't see myself and still feel that I need to lose more weight but in actuality I look good these days. Yes I have lowered my target and the reason being, I feel better if I am lighter.

I am a bit confused about clothes size as I still see myself a bigger than I am - bought a couple of pairs of shorts in size 14 thinking that they would be too small. They arrived and they are loose on me. I am somewhere between 12 & 14 now. 12 a bit tight and 14 a bit loose - haha
