Very easy and fuss free
Chop onions and garlic (fresh chili or flakes - optional). Dry fry them on medium heat until soft and change colour. Put your lamb in and fry (any cut shoulder, leg but remove all the fat), when thoroughly fried on all sides, then add salt. Add some water to cover the meat, bring to boil and then cook on low heat. Keep an eye on it so when water is reduced, add more until lamb is cooked and tender. At this stage when water is reduced and lamb have produced its own gravy, you can add some vegetables (potato, carrot, broccoli, etc). Allow the whole thing to cook together, the less water, the tastier it is. Enjoy.
If you do not want veg with it, then you can serve with rice or bread.
I love the gravy/sauce that it produces.

Good luck with the plan. I am sure you do very well.

Thank you so much - once I have brought it to the boil could it go in slow cooker ?

Sounds delish and may well be on my menu for next week!! Thank you again :)
