D - cheese & hummus sandwich on 1 WM toast & a large salad with olive oil & vinegar dressing
S - 2 dates, Clementine, grapes, tbs blackberry jam
F - 4 Black tea
E - 30 min qi gong, 2,000 steps

L - potato & herb patties wrap with a large salad with olive oil & vinegar dressing
D - chicken, onion, bearberries & herb wrap
S - Blackberries, watermelon, 5 mini chocolate, sesame seeds
F - 5 black tea, blackberry squash
E - 30 min qi gong, 3,000 steps
