I have been keeping yo the healthy eating plan but dur to holidays, visitors, etc, didn't get to rite my diary.

Decided to give 16:8 a try to see how it might work for me. Need a quick boost & then back to normal routine.
E - 40 min qi gong every day plus average of 5,000 steps

Feels like everyone has had a super busy August!

Good luck with 16:8. I manage it some days, but seem to naturally fall into more of a 15:9. Especially when I'm in the office and everyone starts heating up lunch at 12!
