Reaching Target

I have heard people on here say that once you reach target you dont pay it go to meetings. Is this true?

If it is how does C know what your target was/is?

It is true - as long as you stay within 3lbs either side of your target.
And your consultant knows because you have to 'call' target, either in advance or when you reach that weight.
