Does anyone know what I can do with this pls? I bought some to fry off with a green brekkie, but I'm not keen on it and wondered if there was anything else I could do with it?

Yes it was you that gave me the idea. I don't hate it, just not keen. If nothing else I'll have it fried but just wondered

    Hi,
I sometimes cut it onto cubes and have on salads or in stirfrys. or you can use it to top pies and bakes instead of potatoes. My fave is polenta with beans on top when i don't want to use bread. Yum

Hmm thanks. Could use if both covered in beans and on top of a corned beef hash I'm doing at the weekend. Thanks :)

We have a SWC on another forum (jerricebenton and I) and she went to a meeting the other night. Pasta quiche won't be free either.
