ready meals and SW

I have just joined slimming world but have a morrissons bistro pork and chirozo meatballs and piri piri chicken in the fridge. how do I encorporate these into the SW plan?

You'll have to use the online syns calculator to find out an accurate value for them. The one through the sw website I find has much more on than th ephone app (though the app is handy when you're standing peering in to the freezers in tesco!).

Loads of different piri piri ones so would need to have more info

Most have syns depending on what's in them. The best way to be sure is check on the SW website or in one of the syn directory books.

If the ready meal is made with a free food (such as pasta or chicken breast) then it might work out as low syns. But always check with any thing processed!
