Hi all,
I'm on a red day today and fancy something nice and hot for lunch. I don't have anything with me so I was thinking of buying a ready meal.
Can anyone advise which ready meals I can have and what syns are in them.
By the way I have a tesco & m&s next to me so I'll be getting one from there.
