I eat them for the evenings im cooking something for the kids i dont like, i just make sure there 600 calories or less depending on what im having

Oh that's good, I picked one up in Tescos last night, Tesco Finest Aberdeen Angus Cottage Pie, will fill up with veg on the side as well.

i tend to have the weight wathers ones for tea, the chilled ones are better than the frozen ones and are usally on offer. in co-op they are 2 for £4.50. they are good because you dont have to weigh or measure anything and yoyu know exactly how many calories you are eating. remember to add some salad or veg though because most of them don`t count towards your five a day x

yeah I picked up some weight watchers frozen meals yesterday, they are only £1 in tescos at the moment so bargain. The one I had last night, I couldn't even finish and it wasn't even that much, my stomach was hurting so left half of it.
