I started SW today - am a vegetarian so will be doing green days.
My question is ready meals, does anyone know any low syn or no syn meals I can get? My partner is doing the diet too and she can barely pour water on a pot noodle - so I need to leave some stuff in the freezer for her because I may be working away a couple of nights a week.
Any advice appreciated!
