Ready to finish my journey

    Hi im sarah, ive decided to do a food diary because I think it will help keep me focused. I started my journey doing discovery points (at home) and lost 8 stone.I now need to finish my journey (another 4st 7lbs to go) using the propoints plan.Thanks for reading x

    1 Egg = 2
    Mushrooms = 0
    Tin tomatoes = 0
    1 slice of nimble = 1

    Alpen light bar = 2

    No diary today because been poorly but ive used alot of points on hot chocolate and cake....update tomorrow.

    Im always worried about eating too much fruit, I know they say to eat it freely but try nit to over eat :)

    Well after being stuck in for a week because of illness, we're off for a drive to the beach to take the dog for a little walk.im taking my lunch with me to have in the car.
