Completely overdone it yesterday.We took our granddaughter to school in the morning,then had phone call off her mum to say she wasnt going to get to school on time, so another 20 mins in the traffic to fetch her.Gave her, her tea then got her home for bedtime........phone call 'can you pick her up from school again and keep her overnight and take her to school Wednesday? '.....im on the sofa now so hubby in charge of school run tonight and tomorrow :/

I love iced gems - I haven't had them for years. Was it 3pp for a little bag? Must watch out for them.

Do try and stay focussed on your regime, if you feel bad now you will feel even worse if you go badly awry.

I think what im struggling with the most is when I over do things and I have a bad day (with my M.E) I need more food for fuel and im constantly hungry.Problem is, if I overload on fruit & veg, I then have my ibs to deal with, which again knocks me off my feet :-( just struggling at the moment x

You do so well sticking within your points if you have ME. I suffer from chronic tiredness and it is too easy to think extra fuel will help. Sugar highs and dips end up just adding to the problem.

Keep at it. x

There are days when im hungry all the time, to the point I feel sick.I just have to try and keep control, or eat my body weight in celery lol.I live in Devon and its glorious sunshine :)

Ive spoken to my dr and we decided together that I should give slimming world another go_On the days that im bad with my M.E im needing more fuel to fix my body and because of my ibs I cant fill up on fruit (plus because of my gallstones I need to make better choices with food).So for now im leaving my ww diary and if sw doesnt make for a good choice I will be back xx
