Really feeling down

    Just needed to rant..

    well today will be my 3rd wi, and I am feeling so down, as I did what I shouldn't do and weighed myself yesterday and after being really good, didn't use any of my weekly points I have GAINED 1/2 lb :mad:(according to my scales) it is totm and tbh I should b happy as I haven't had a period in a very long time due to weight and now even with the little bit of weight I have lost they are back, but have lasted 6days and I was really hoping i would be finished by wi and the bloatness would have gone.. I know it is only a 'fake' weight and I should see a better result at the scales next wk, but I am not looking forward to wi as I think I will have gained, haven't eaten many carbs yesterday and none today so hoping nothing heavy in my stomach.. oh and I really NEED to poo but it just aint happening yet... :cry:

    Oh well fingers crossed for 7pm please god let me have lost even 1/2lb or sts. Really don't know y I am feeling so down as I know the reasons if I don't lose this wk, I used to gain around 3-4lb on totm in the past so I really should b happy but I feel gutted and don't even want to go to wi, ( I will make myself)

    Anyway just wanted to rant, thanks for reading

    We all need a rant now and then, hope you feel better after that....as for the poo problem I find shredded wheat with warm milk works for me by morning..... Good luck....xx

    Thank you... Anyway, feeling better I lost 2.5lbs :D (note to self DO NOT WEIGH ON OWN SCALES- lesson learnt) ;)

    haha I have told hubby to hide them and he has taken the battery out just in case I find them lol :D

    hi i have weiged myself before my wi which is thursday and havnt lost anything, :cry:so if i have lost on thursday will be chucking scales in shed!:jelous:

    I think its the best thing to do with them tbh, I usually end up fed up during the week when I weigh at home x

    Why are we all tempted to jump on the scales mid week! It is a mystery but its one which leaves us all feeling miserable when they dont show a loss. Try and stay away from those rotten scales!

    i just weighed myself there,,my scales saying i lost 1lb but now i'm a wreck as official wi tomorrow and if she doesnt tell me the same i'll cry:(my own fault i just can't help myself hopping

    gr8 news on ya weight loss!! i was feeling the same b4 my weigh in as i couldnt have a poo 4 days b4..lol... anyway i did lose :) ive got my other half to hide scales this week so i wont know until wi monday!! keep up the good work. xx
