Really flagging today......

A variety of things certainly seem to help - I have black tea and black coffee, marigold (yum) green tea, mint tea, redbush tea, occasional white coffee/tea with just a dash of skim milk; flavoured waters, fizzy water, tap water, and don't tell anyone but the odd diet coke!

If I liked the shakes I'd go for more variety there, but I only like choc and choc mint so I just have those. I do only think of it as fuel, though, and that mental shift seems to really help.
