Well I am back not SS'ing but trying to do the 1000 plan! I hvae NO IDEA how to do it so could do with everyones help! What have you all eaten in the 1000 plan? I really really need to do this as I am getting married next year!

Please HELP!!!!

Hi Lucy

You should have a yellow weight care Cambridge book supplied by your counsellor that explains the 1000 programme in detail with all the recipes and food allowances?

yeah I have that but have left it at home and don't want to give myself any excuses to break it today! And also sometimes find it better to find out peoples own experiences and advice.

Best advice is to follow the book exactly are you on 1000 a or 1000b

I have been playing the CD since July and am currently putting on weight at an alarming rate so really need to get my head around it all!
