Really need some help please?

So I have once again been on self destruct! I have a couple of good weeks and a couple of bad weeks! I know I only have myself to blame but I don't know how to stop! I am not sure whether my motivation for this has gone!
I really hope not! I get weighed tomorrow and I know I will have gained!
 
Hope the weigh in isn't as bad as you fear, try and break the cycle you are in, maybe try not to work in weeks for a bit, break it down into days so you have lots of days on plan till it's gone past the couple of weeks you usually manage and if you have a day off plan keep it to the day rather than thinking you've blown the whole week.....dint know if that makes sense x
