I just bought a BBC recipe book '101 recipe's for kids' and it's great there are so many recipe's in it that are around 600cals it's gonna work perfect for SF too
I bought one recently in Sainsburys/Savacentre. It's called Classic 1000 calorie-counted recipes. It splits everything into calorie-counted chapters so you can pick things from different sections, like a 450-calorie meal, 50-calorie side dish and 100-calorie dessert.
