Recipes in the SW magazine

I'm super confused about some of the syn values of the recipes in the Jan/Feb edition of the magazine. LIke a lot of them are no syns on extra easy, but do have syns on red and/or green.

For example...the teriyaki salmon with noodles is 0 syns on EE, 12.5 syns on green, and 11.5 on red :confused:

Am I being a bit daft? I thought the syn value for something on EE was the lowest syn value for that thing on either red or green days??

I do apologise if this is blindingly obvious and I'm just not getting it :eek:

Now that EE is the main plan they have updated the way they work them out. If your looking up a brand name food and it doesn't have the extra easy syn value then you take the lowest

But in recipes like you state on red the noodles would be synned, on green the salmon would be synned on EE both are free !!
