Last night hubby cooked the duck in redcurrant sauce from the Seriously Satisfying book - was really lush and not at all like a diet recipe.
In the week, we've had the meatball pasta bake and the monkfish wrapped in parma ham (although we did it with cod cos of the cost) and the pork lasagne which were also lovely and went down well with the boys. Am loving the recipes so far.
I also pointed up my quick prawn balti which was only 4 points. Think we have eaten really well this week and enjoyed it very much.
