my favourite is cheat's rice pudding.
plain unflavoured cous cous
1 HEXa of semi skimmed milk
1 sachet of low fat horlicks
4-6 spoons of splenda (to taste)
Cinnamon (to taste)
Make up some cous cous with boiling water. Add the splenda as the cous cous is setting. When it's fluffy, fluff it with a fork. Make the horlicks sachet according to the packet recipe with the milk. Stir the horlicks into the fluffy cous cous. You should have a nice milky creamy rice puddingly mixture. Add cinnamon on the top to taste.
It's pretty good microwaved to warm up or can be eaten cold. And you don't have to syn the cous cous even though its a pudding because you're eating it as it was meant to be eaten.
If you want to add extra syns, raisins are good.
