Ha...Ha....ha......all talk now Ive gone hey!
Well I tried freezing the shake and I brought a small piece to work this morning in a freezer bag, made my coffee and proceeded to eat it, and it tasted like the inside bit of a Big Feast lollipop but a million times worse.

Conclusion: don't bother!

ive found some lemon extract in Morrisons and tried it with the vanilla shake and its lovely mmmmm tastes like lemon sorbet. u all must try that with ice cold water!! delish. x
