I'm just starting out with Herbalife (from my gym) so only using F1 shake and protein bars for now. 2 shakes, 1 protein snack and 1 meal (1200cals).
I've started blending fruit to make milkshake/smoothies as it helps me feel fuller for longer but would love to get more creative.
Can/would anyone please share some recipes? I'd particularly like some 'savoury' suggestions too ( I noticed someone used spinach!!)
