I'm just starting out with Herbalife (from my gym) so only using F1 shake and protein bars for now. 2 shakes, 1 protein snack and 1 meal (1200cals).
I've started blending fruit to make milkshake/smoothies as it helps me feel fuller for longer but would love to get more creative.
Can/would anyone please share some recipes? I'd particularly like some 'savoury' suggestions too ( I noticed someone used spinach!!)
 
I don't have any savoury unfortunately but here Are my favourites:

Choc orange:
Choc f1
100 mls milk
100 mls choc soya milk
2tbsp natural yoghurt
1tsp orange essence

Choc berry:
Choc f1
200mls milk
2 tbsp strawberry yoghurt
A few raspberries

Tropical berry
Tropical f1
100mls orange juice
100 mls milk
2tbsp strawberry yoghurt
A few raspberries

Piña colada
Tropical f1
100mls pineapple juice
100 mls milk
2tbsp coconut yoghurt
 
I'd like some savoury too!! I'm a pasty girl at heart...not cream buns! Lol!

How can u upload a pdf to this? Ive found one online with 17 pages of recipes for the f1 shake. Some savoury and some sweet.xx

I'm the one who uses spinach :) I mix them with F1 vanilla + half water + quarter pineapple juice + quarter Koko coconut milk. It doesn't taste savoury tho cos of the pinapple juice, it's more like a refreshing fruit/veg juice. Spinach also tastes nice with apple and elderflower juice + water.

These are nice too;

F1 chocolate + peanut butter + milk

F1 chocolate or F1 cappuccino + hazelnut milk

Someone I know does this, I haven't tried myself: F1 chocolate + mango & papaya juice + water + spinach + garlic + mushroom + cabbage + berries (I can't start to imagine what this tastes like lol)
