Recipie help ....

    I wonder if any of you can help me .....

    About 4 years ago I used to make a no points vegetable curry. Now for the life of me I can't find the recipe that I used to use anywhere and boy have I searched!

    All I remember about it was that it contained veg (obviously) and Im sure I used to put fromage frais in it????

    Does anyone remember this and if so can you post me the recipie as Im longing for it!!!

    I'm sorry, I have no idea how to make it, but I hope someone comes along soon who does know, because I'd LOVE to try it out myself!!!

    This is the one I have.. not sure if it's any good for you, it's from a WW book.

    0 points summer curry.

    2tbs Curry Powder
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 med portion cauli in florets
    1 courgette sliced
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 piece ginger chopped
    5 spray low-fat cooking spray
    125g green beans
    1 lrg Onion
    800g tinned chopped toms
    1 stock cube made as 3/4 pint
    450g butternut squash
    1 med Pepper (red) chopped
    2tbsp coriander

    Spray lrg Saucepan with cooking spray.
    Saute Onion, Ginger, Garlic until soft
    Add curry powder and stir well, add all the veg, chopped toms, stock and most of coriander.
    Heat until boiling
    reduce and simmer, covered for 45 mins, or until veg are tender.
    Check seasoning, add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve garnished with coriander
