Recommend...Chocolate and cheerios fruit snack

makes 12 small squares (or put in cake cases)
80cals....2.8g fat each

100g milk chocolate
20g sweetened dried cranberries
50g sultanas
80g oat cheerios

1) melt chocolate in a large bowl over a pan of simmering water
2) once melted, remove bowl from heat and stir in dried fruits, followed by cereal
3) press into a 18 to 20cm square baking tin (i put equal amounts into cake cases) place in fridge to set
4) when set cut into 12 pieces

keep in air tight container in fridge
