Red Day Help Please

Hi My name is phil,i have been doing slimming world for just over a week,When istartd i was 18st 2lb and i got weighed in on july 8th and had lost 11lb,I really dont want to put the weight on ans am scared of eating now.Is there anyone who eats alot and still loses weight? i dont use my syns either

Welcome Phil. Well done on joining SW and your weight loss!

Firstly, you MUST use your syns! They are very important. Same with your HEXA and HEXB options.

Never be scared of eating, if your eating the right stuff you should never be hungry! SW is great as you can eat as much as you like basically!

I agree Phil...dont be put off by the quantities that you can eat on this plan...in actual fact the more that you eat, the more you will loose...dont ask me how, but it works!
Well done on the loss so far! Thats fantastic!
I use my syns, but I dont have them all, I dont bank them either for a night out..I just dont want them...but, I do have some.
Can I suggest you have a look at the Food Diary section to get some ideas? I have a diary there too that may give you some help.

Welcome to the forum Phil, and well done on your weight loss so far.

The others are right, you must eat your syns and HE's, everyone is shocked at how much you can eat on the SW diet when you first start it - and still lose weight, so stop worrying about it and enjoy your food you will still lose weight.

Come on to the forum often where you will get lot's of help and motivation.

I was just like you when i started - but it's true what everyone is saying, you can eat to your hearts content - keep your food optimising book with you to refer to, keep logging onto Mini mins for support, and meal ideas ect and you will do soo well!!!

well done on your massive loss x
keep eating as much as you like.as long as you stick to the foods on the plan you'll be fine.it does seem like your eating too much sometimes but as everybody has said,it works x
