Hiya just wondering if there's any red day recipes that anyone has gt, starting tomorrow so need some ideas so I don't fall off the wagon xxxxx

Try a search in the recipe sub forum, also the diary sub forum is a good place to get ideas of what others eat on certain days. Good luck x
