I quite often snack on a boiled egg, but I do mostly EE days (although eggs can be eaten on any day). You could make something like a bacon or ham or tuna SW quiche and snack on that. Or cooked chicken or any other meats with the fat removed. There's various recipes around for SW meatloaf - that could be eaten as a snack. I can't really think of anything else at the moment!
