    I have some defrosted frozen chicken strips ( wouldn't fit in freezer), and I'm doing my first ever red day! With no syns left for today.
    Anyone have any syn free recipes I could use them in?

    You could blitz up your HExB bread and dip them in egg and then the seasoned breadcrumbs to make little goujons! Serve them with lots of veg and BNS chips?! xx

    I have loads of eggs, potatoes, salad , carrots, parsnips. Think I need to spend more time planning out food. Can probably make something nice with them, it's just I spent all my syns on pikelets :)

    I'd make a chicken pie with a carrot and parsnip mash topping and serve it with salad xx
