I don't do many reds but my friend once told me what she does on red days. Sometimes she would cook a whole chicken and pick on it throughout the day. The yummiest recipe she gave me for snacks was to get bits of chicken, wrap them in bacon and season with garlic salt and cook in the oven. These are very yummy!
I'm the same - I only do green days as I don't eat much meat but I'm losing quite slowly so I'd like to boost my loss with a couple of red days. I only eat chicken and fish so I feel a bit stuck! Hope some one comes up with something inspirational! x
