Red/green/easy-which plan loses more?

Hi, ive been on slimming world for three weeks now. My first week i did extra easy, and lost 3 1/2 lbs. The second week i alternated days of red and green and lost half a pound. So my consultant suggested i go back on extra easy till the weight loss has slowed, which ive done. But ive gained a pound! I dont know whether this is due to the monthlies and water retention, but i dont want to have to make excuses when i get weighed tonight. I havent slipped up or anything but seeing that 1lb gain has made me feel like i dont want to bother anymore. Whats the plan that people lose the most on? red green or original?
