Red/green food diary

Hello all,

Does anyone have one of the old red/green day diary sheets? I am an online member and can't find one for love nor money online.

I have completely fallen off the wagon, so need one to try to sort myself out!!

Hi,
I complained to body optimise about this and they told me to just use the EE one as there was enough space to add an extra hea and heb. I was not too happy about this i must say. i will not be renewing my membership after the three months!!!
