Hi everyone. How does everyone do on the other plans and does it change your losses compared with EE? I am currently on EE but find the 1/3 rule hard. Do you mix the 3 plans up in a week? xx

I do mainley EE & GREEN days, i mix them up through the week. I have better losses if i mix it plus i like the extra HEA & HEB. I still try & use the 1/3 rule so it limits my carbs ect. Hope this helps x
