Red meat vs. White meat.

I find the same too, it doesn't stop me though I have lamb in the slow cooker now.
I think there's two reasons for this one is that red meat contains more cals and fat than poultry.
Number two is red meat is hard to digest we weren't created to be carnivores and our bodies struggle to break it down.
 
Fat content. Perhaps you could try turkey?

I find that I can eat too much chicken in the sense that I get bored of it, and I think when I'm bored I'd probably eat more of other things alongside my meals. I often make the same things I'd have with chicken but use prawns instead, just to have a bit of a change.
 
As long as your not chowing down on the skin and fattier cuts, thighs and drumsticks, I wouldn't see any harm in eating lots of lean chicken. It's low fat and satisfying, and I doubt your are eating enough to cause the problems linked with excessive protein.

It's better than eating loads of junk! Enjoy your chicken :)
 
Yep, the human body only needs the equivalent of one egg a day in protein! It can be bad for your liver, but we are talking about a loooooooooad of chicken here :p
