Do you still go to your Pharmacist for weekly weigh ins or are you doing it yourself?
I am calorie counting and I want to maintain my weight, so I am sticking to 1200 calories at the moment, (give or take a few) if I continue to lose I will up the calories to 1300 a day for the following week, if I continue to lose I will up them to 1400 a day for the following week.
If I was you, I would weigh myself once a week, same time, same clothes etc and keep a diary of your weight. If you are maintaining the weight, then reduce the calories by 100 per day for the following week until you are losing. Once you are at target, then up them again.
To be honest, I dont think 1500 is enough calories for you, as you have finished your re-feed, and you can risk storing fat if you are not eating enough calories, as your body can cling onto the reserves. Although it sounds silly, you could be gaining by not eating enough. Another good thing to do is introduce 2-3 healthy snacks between your 3 meals, as this will help with your metabolism, it will keep it going.
