Refeed then to Weight Watchers

Hi all, I've done lipotrim this past 4weeks losing 2st 1lb :) Im now doing refeed week. I was wanting abit of advice-should I do the refeed program for a couple of weeks before going to weight watchers...I just don't want to put all the weight back on again as I start to eat normally again :( PS: the reason I'm going to WW as it is portioned controlled. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

personally, I would follow refeed to the letter for two weeks and then switch to your WW plan. Maintenance is all about staying watchful about our food intake. It is easy to slip and revert to old habits. Try and observe an 80/20 rule. Cut yourself a bit of slack for 20% of the time and be watchful or pull back a little for the rest of the time.
Portion control is very important no matter what plan you follow. I weighed foods for a while when I started to maintain. this helped me visualise what a correct portion size was. Good luck for refeed.
