refeed is usually one week. i think you can do it for longer if you want (i.e. keep doing LT for breakfast). but strictly speaking you should be able to start having breakfast on day 8.

hi im onto week 6 of refeed i done my refeed for a week then went onto healthy eating and addind breakfast i started with porridge with fruit
