Refeed?

    Hello,
    I am new to Lipotrim, and having been reading forums/blogs.
    Can anyone briefly explain what refeeding is & when & how you do it? :confused:

    Hey, welcome to Lipotrim!

    I'm currently refeeding :) It's what you do when you're at the end of Lipotrim, when you've lost all that you wanted to lose and want to start eating again. The refeed week is where you gradually introduce food and carbohydrates. On the first day you have two shakes and one meal consisting of chicken, turkey, white fish or tuna with salad or green veg. On day 2 you have just one shake and two meals as described in day 1. Day 3 is the same except at one meal you're allowed an 8oz potato. On days 4-7 you can have lean meat, some bread, pasta or rice, small portions of fruit etc.

    It's basically all about gradually introducing food in such a way that you won't gain weight! This post should give you more information:

    thank you for the info. As a newbie I am obviously a long way from Refeeding, however nice to hear there is support and advice when I am ready.
