Refeed is tricky because it's all about the food you eat - if you are going to go straight back on what about just taking in 2 lipos and some protein - chicken and nuts - my sister did this and she stayed in ketosis so kept losing weight - or indeed, she got a few of the refeed bars - they are very tasty when you get used to them - you can have your 2 shakes and have your bar if you are out - I found these a fantastic help - they last for ever, I used to take up to 2 cups of tea to finish off one bar and it tasted great and really filled me up - there's about 200 calories in a bar so with 2 shakes you are still within 550 max calories, if you are drinking a lot of water, you might want to cut down a small bit when you are having bars but still make sure you get in up to 3 ltrs per day - the water did it for me
