Reflexology

Has anyone had reflexology to help any medical problems (rather than just for relatation)? And did it work?

I have it for M.E. and it has really helped me with that and also with balancing my hormones.

Well, I had my first reflexology treatment yesterday afternoon....found it very relaxing and it seems to have helped my lower back pain!

Well, I had my first reflexology treatment yesterday afternoon....found it very relaxing and it seems to have helped my lower back pain!

I get bad lower back pain. In my sacrum, if you think it has helped I might give it a go.

My back has generally been good......that may have been the case without reflexology though.....difficult to say.
