I have rejoined SS tonight after a four month break from the class and diet I am however the exact same weight I was 4 months ago which I'm pleased with. So I've still maintained my 1st 5lbs weight loss . Determined to keep at it this time. Would like to lose another 1 and a half naybe? Fingers crossed
