Step 1 Sole Source Rejoined Cambridge plan

I have struggled with my weight for so long now, I have successfully lost weight with Cambridge before but have ended up putting the weight back on due to medication. I have recently tried following slimming world plan, I lost 10lbs and then yoyo'd up and down and became very disheartened. So now I am back on Cambridge soul source, I had a bit of a wobbly start today but have tried sticking to it the best that I can. I am out for a meal tonight so will be chicken salad and them totally focused for the rest of the week. I have 3 weeks to lose some weight for a family wedding I am attending in September and at present feel like a obese hippo!!

You know you can do it!

It's hard work but if your 100% you will get the results at weigh in that makes it worth while!

week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs week 11- 2 lbs
