I've done SW several times in the past but have yet to get to my ideal weight. So, here I am back again.
I weigh in every Wednesday at home as I don't actually attend a group. I thought I'd got the hang of it all but its dawned on me that I need to learn a lot more about SW.
I am sure that with the support and guidance of other members, I'll stand a decent chance.
I want to lose 2 1/2 stone, I've already lost 1 stone since last summer and I attend the gym occasionally.
