    Hi guys, just wanted to drop in and say hello to everyone. I'm coming off Cambridge for a while, after an unsuccessful and miserable restart after Christmas (guilt and shame have kept me away from MiniMins, unfortunately) I'm now going to calorie count until I feel mentally ready to take on CD again. :)

    Hope everyone is doing okay, and had a belated very awesome Christmas and New Year. I will probably still mooch around on this forum (if no one objects!) since I have truly missed reading all your posts.

    i know what you mean about avoiding minimins when things arnt going well dietwise, its something ive done in the past, please thou dont stay away, keeping on coming for the support

    Good to see you again. I think xmas affected us much more than we anticipated and knocked our confidence a bit... but you can do it no matter what route you decide to take

    hey , like everyone says keep coming on and let us know how your CC is going . I am sure you will get back into the right headspace for CD soon and until then CC is far better than being 80 % on CD !!

    awww hun, flaming xmas. i was also on a roll and then xmas hit the fan. it will be nice to see you around the cd forum and good luck on cc until you are ready again to do cd. :)
